Dr. Protopapas joined National Spine & Pain Centers in 2006 with an exceptionally skilled medical background. Her advanced training includes specialized fellowships in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and Pain Management at Harvard Medical School-Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Protopapas also holds a degree in Clinical Acupuncture from Harvard Medical School. A published author on various rehabilitation and pain management topics, Dr. Protopapas has also served as a guest lecturer in Harvard's continuing medical education program. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spinal pain, she uses a range of sophisticated, non-surgical treatments to provide pain relief for her patients.
