Dr. Kohane joined New York Spine & Pain Physicians in 2013 when it merged with New York Pain Consultants. Dr. Kohane is known for his compassion and attentiveness towards his patients. He is exhaustive in his quest to find the optimal treatment for his patients. He developed a deep interest in musculoskeletal medicine during his medical school rotations in orthopedics, sports, and rehabilitation medicine. His residency training allowed him to learn various modalities in treating acute and chronic pain. He is an advocate of ongoing research in minimally invasive interventional pain techniques.
