Conveniently located just 7 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, our Highland Heights Pet Wow grooming salon opened in January of 2005. We began small with just one groomer, a bath tub, a small dryer and a flip-up grooming table. Our first commitment was to offer the highest quality pet grooming possible. Our second goal was to always make sure that our customers could get their pets in for grooming in a timely manner. We were told that one of the biggest complaints pet owners had was that they were often forced to book their petâ?Ts grooming appointment weeks, or even months, in advance due to the limited capacity of local grooming shops. Accordingly, we rapidly and progressively added groomers, grooming assistants and equipment to insure that our customers could always get their pets in for an appointment within days. A little over 3-1/2 years later we have 5 groomers, 2 grooming assistants, 2 lobby greeters, 5 grooming stations, a 3 station bathing system, and the ability to dry up to 35 pets at one time. Most importantly, we still get rave reviews from our customers regarding the quality of our work and the friendliness of our staff. In addition, our customers can still get an appointment within 1-3 days any time of year! Finally, we have developed a reputation for customer service by virtue of our flexible hours. Pet owners can drop their pets off for grooming as early as 7:00am in the morning 6 days a week (Mon â?" Sat). Our doors remain open Mondays and Tuesdays until 8:00pm, Wednesday thru Friday until 6:30pm and until 4:00pm on Saturdays, enabling customers who work to pick their pet up on their way home. In fact, customers also have the option to drop their pet off in the evening to be groomed first thing the next morning. There is no charge for the overnight stay!. We are pleased beyond words by the confidence that local pet owners have placed in our work and our care and we hope to honor this trust by continuing to provide excellence in pet grooming for years to come!

Basic Brush and Bath
If you're like most people, trying to get your pet squeaky clean at home can be an ordeal. Save the trouble and let us give him or her a cleaning overhaul. Our basic bath and brush service will leave your furry friend looking and smelling their best. Basic bath and brush includes deep shampooing and scrubbing of your pet with one of our custom shampoos to help restore the luster of your pet's fur coat. Next, we fully dry your pet and brush his or her coat until it shines. Our basic service also includes cleaning of the ears, eyes, and gland expression if necessary. Finally, we apply one of our custom pet colognes so that your pet leaves looking and smelling great.

Standard Cuts and Shaves
Does your pet need a standard trim, summer cut, or shave? Our standard cuts and shaves include a full bath and brush plus a hair cut for your pet. This is our most popular service. If you need your pet's coat taken down to a certain length, or simply need an overall trim, our groomers are fully trained to meet your pet's needs. After a full bath and brush, our grooming staff use state of the art clipping, trimming and vacuum equipment to help achieve the look you want. No matter how big or how small your pet is, we have the expertise to give him or her the perfect hair cut.

Custom Breed Cuts
Are you looking for something special for your pet's hair cut? Our groomers offer over 100 specialty breed cuts from Terriers to Toy Poodles. Custom breed cuts come with all the bells and whistles; pom pom feet, fur contouring; in short, whatever your pet's breed type requires for that professional stylized look. Our groomers will discuss the exact look you want to achieve. Custom breed cuts include all the services in the basic bath and brush as well as all the preparatory trimming and shaving before the custom work begins. Finally, our staff shape and contour your pet's fur coat to achieve all the details and pizzazz of a custom breed cut.

Hair Shedding and Flea Treatments
Beyond the traditional grooming services mentioned above, we also offer innovative and unique treatments for pets who have excessive shedding problems or flea problems. Hair shedding reduction treatments such as â?oFurminationâ? can reduce your petâ?Ts shedding by up to 80%! Our flea treatments will both immediately eradicate fleas as well as prevent flea infestation for months at a time.

On Site Veterinary Service
One of the great advantages of the Pet Wow Highland Heights Salon is that we are located in the same building with Highland Heights Animal Hosiptal which is a Pet Wow veterinary center. This means that while your pet is here for grooming, you can also have any needed veterinary services performed in one trip!
