Massage Therapy

Allow our highly trained massage therapy staff to make everyday stresses and muscle tension melt away. It is our goal to provide our guests with a customized treatment specific to their needs. Massage therapy is beneficial in providing greater joint flexibility, enhancing athletic performance, stimulating the lymphatic system and has been known to help reduce chronic symptoms associated with carpel tunnel syndrome, TMJD, tendonitis, and sciatica. Massage is not recommended during first trimester of pregnancy.

Swedish Massage
A full body, relaxation focused massage style. Long slow strokes makes this the perfect choice for our guests seeking ultimate stress relief. Also the suggested style for our first time massage guests.


Sports Massage
Targeted form of massage therapy. Focuses on maintenance of a guestâ?Ts muscular health. Also beneficial in helping to heal an injury.

Maternity Massage
A full body style of massage designed specifically for our mothers- to- be. Calming, long, slow strokes help reduce physical discomforts of your ever-changing body.

Couples Massage
Enjoy any type of massage with that special person either in the VIP or Couples suites. Please call ahead to ensure availability.

Deep Tissue Massage
A combination of slow strokes, trigger points & direct pressure into deeper layers of muscle.

Reflexology
Special pressure point attention to hands and feet for circulation and healing purposes rather than relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

Warming Mud Treatment Mask
This self-heating, muscle relaxing mask can be used as an all over body treatment or target area treatment.

Green Tea Slenderizing Wrap
Known for itâ?Ts great detoxifying properties, green tea makes this body wrap a must before any special occasion. Our guests are treated to a gentle, dry exfoliation followed by full body masque application. Slenderizing effects are temporary.

Seasons Signature Facial
Your esthetician begins this decadent treatment with a gentle cleansing and skin analysis. Everyday stress melts away as our guest in treated to an individualized facial treatment, which includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), facial massage and custom masque. Guests are also treated to a luxurious hand and foot massage.

Rejuvenating Glycolic Facial
A gentle alpha hydroxy acid treatment that helps reduce fine lines, blemish scars and hyperpigmentation. Available as a single facial or a treatment series.

Express Radiance Facial
Micronized mother of pearl allows this half hour treatment to be conscious of time with fantastic results. Great for the busy professional, busy mom or quick pick me up between regular facial treatments. No extractions or massage is included in this service.

Teen Facial
Exclusively for guests 18 and younger. This specialized treatment concentrates on educating our young skincare client on the importance of skin hygiene. Teens will enjoy a cleansing, toning, steaming, exfoliation, extractions (if needed) and moisturizing treatment. Our skin care professional will also, as with all our facial services, create a customized at home regime.

New Appeal Microdermabrasion
An aluminum oxide encrusted wand gently buffs away damaged skin revealing a renewed youthful glow. Gentle enough for all skin types. Available as a single treatment or in series.

Back Treatment
Acne breakouts and sun damage are common on this area of the body. This relaxing treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), gentle massage, masque and moisturizing. A great add-on to a facial treatment or as a single treatment.

Focus Treatment Masques
There are times when a more intensive masque treatment is recommended. Hormonally imbalanced skin, severely dehydrated skin and acne prone skin need extra care and attention. These focus treatment masks are available at an additional charge and can be discussed with your esthetician.

Exceptional services to invigorate and restore the health and beauty of your nails.

Luxury Pedicure
For immediate relaxation and wellbeing, our luxury pedicure offers the most extensive pampering of all our pedicures. Our guests will be treated to a prelude soak, contour shaping and filing, and an exfoliation treatment. We then apply a hydrating clay masque to your lower legs and wrap them in calming aromatic warm towels. Meanwhile, paraffin wax is applied to your feet, followed by warm booties. A soothing massage to your legs and feet and a polish color of your choice will complete the experience.

Signature Pedicure
One of our premium pedicure services, where your feet are soaked and filed. We then apply a hydrating clay masque or paraffin to your feet, followed by warm booties, and finished with a polish color of your choice. Includes a leg and foot massage.

Essential Pedicure
Our basic pedicure treatment, where your feet our soaked filed, and polished. Also includes some massage.

Express Pedicure
For the busy professional or client with limited time, enjoy our express pedicure treatment. Includes cutting, shaping oiling of the nail, buffing, moisturizing, and polishing.

Junior Pedicure (10 & under)
Young spa lovers will enjoy a cutting and shaping, cuticle work, exfoliation, moisture and polish. Must be accompanied by an adult enjoying a pedicure experience.

Baby Spa Pedicure (5 & under)
For our youngest guests, includes a shaping and polish to put a smile on their face! Must be accompanied by an adult enjoying a pedicure experience.

Signature Manicure
Our premium manicure service, where your nails are filed, shaped, and buffed, and cuticles pushed back. An exfoliation and activation cream is then applied to maximize hydration of the skin. Your hands are then wrapped in warm aromatic towels, followed by a comforting hand massage. We then apply a hydrating paraffin treatment, and the experience is finished with a polish color of your choice.

Essential Manicure
Same as Signature Manicure, but excludes the paraffin treatment.

Junior Manicure (12 & under)
Young spa lovers will enjoy a cutting and shaping, cuticle work, exfoliation, moisture and polish. Must be accompanied by an adult enjoying a manicure experience.

Baby Spa Manicure (5 & under)

Bridal

No where else in NY is there a facility that offers a more extensive range of services to you and your bridal party on your special day. By combining our full service spa with our heritage salon as of August 2009, we now are able to provide our guests with both spa and haircare services in one convenient location. Select from one of our packages below, or let us customize a package to specifically meet your party's needs.

Season of Love Bridal Package
Celebrate your upcoming wedding by allowing us to melt stress away with a relaxing day alone or shared with your fiance. Your day begins with an aromatic herbal bath followed by a one-hour full body massage, Seasons signature facial and lunch served in our tranquility lounge. Following lunch, enjoy his and her manicure and pedicure services.

Get Me to the Church On Time Package
The perfect package for the out of town bride or bride thatâ?Ts pressed for time. We will have you relaxed and picture perfect in plenty of time to meet him at the altar. A half hour full body massage eases you into your special day. After your massage, treat yourself to our essential manicure. To complete your Seasons experience, our hair and make-up artists will create a look unique to each bride.

Bridal Make-up
This service includes consult and day of event make-up. This two part make-up service allows the bride to discuss make-up style, application of lashes, as well as color palette before the big day. On your wedding day, there is no guess work, no discussion of color choices, only a relaxing make-up application to you looking radiant for your special day.

Bridal Parties
Our Seasonâ?Ts staff is happy to create a unique bridal event for you and your bridal party. Exclusive use of our tranquility lounge is available for a small reservation fee, as well as, catering options from several of our favorite local restaurants. As always, with a bridal party of five or more guests, we will extend a complimentary essential manicure treatment to the bride.
