A third option is to screen-share with me, using secure, legal, free software that I will show you how to download.

My rates are 1/3 those of Geek Squad, Computer Geeks, and other well-known companies!

My basic rate is $30/hr, with a 10% discount for cash (I take either cash or checks). There is travel time one way, door-to-door, if you are outside a 10 block radius from my home at 46th & 9th Ave in Manhattan.

If I can't fix your problem, there is NO labor charge, but you still must pay travel time if applicable. However, a correct diagnosis counts as a fix.

For example, if your hard drive is dying, you owe me for the time it took to find this out - even if I don't have a new hard drive in my hip pocket for you, and we have to order one.

If you have 4 problems, and I fix 2, you owe me for the time it took to fix the 2. There's a 2 hr minimum, and 24 hr notice of cancellation, or you owe me an hour.
