Howard Pines, the owner of The Tech Center of Northwest Florida has been working on computers in the Fort Walton Beach area since he retired from the Air Force in 1985. He started working at Oscar's Computers in 1986 and after a couple of years became part owner. After Oscar's closed in 2000 he started The Tech Center. This year Howard moved from his old location on Eglin Parkway to a new facility. The new location is at 1010 Gloria Avenue in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
