Old parts we remove from your machine are always yours to keep. There are a few exceptions for items such as computer boards or transmissions that carry a core charge from the supplier. On these items, you may still keep the part if you wish, however there will be an additional core charge added to your final bill.

House calls are $19.95 or free with repair. This includes diagnosis and a written estimate for your specific repair with itemized breakdown parts and labor.

Fully stocked vehicles for repairs done on site, in most cases.

Each part we install, and its related labor is warranted for 1 year of normal household use! We use only factory new parts on all repairs. If any part we installed in your appliance fails during your warranty period, simply give us a call! We will quickly replace the defective parts at no charge!
