Downtown Spay/Neuter Plus was established as a highly sophisticated, modern, high volume surgery center. Our goal is to provide the much needed service of animal birth control in downtown LA community. We are looking forward to working closely with Los Angeles City Animal Services to provide for the much needed spay/neuter program in accordance with new Los Angeles City Ordinances regarding spay/neuter status of all pets in our city. In addition to our spay/neuter program, Downtown Spay /Neuter + is working to establish a variety of veterinary services to the pet community which include but are not limited to: Veterinary Office Calls and consultations, Vaccinations, Dental procedures, Internal medicine services, Nutrition consultation, online Pet Pharmacy Request processing, emergency trauma treatment, Digital X-Ray and Ultrasound services, as well as an intensive physical therapy surgery rehabilitation service.

Downtown Spay Neuter Plus Veterinary Clinic, Inc. is excited to provide the City of Los Angeles Department of Animal Services our proposal for the North Central Spay/Neuter Clinic. Downtown Spay Neuter plus Veterinary Clinic has established a team of experienced Veterinary healthcare providers as well as business professionals to operate, manage and meet the detailed objectives of the Department of Animal Services including: offering low cost Spay/Neuter, reducing the pet population, which, in turn, minimizes the need to euthanize animals, and educate the community on the benefits of Spay/Neuter.

We appreciate the opportunity to support the Department of Animal Services in advancing the policy to Spay/Neuter animals in an effort to curb the need for euthanasia. Downtown Spay Neuter Plus Veterinary Clinic will be joined by external consulting companies, volunteers and community advocates aimed at ensuring DSN meets its business objectives as well as the community outreach and impact intended by the Cityâ?Ts Department of Animal Services.
