Upper Level Fitness is a state of the art facility located a couple miles from Ocean City ans Sea Isle City.Trainers are concentrating in three main areas of fitness; Group Training, Personal Training and Youth and Women's Classes. ULF is comprised of cardiovascular equipment, free weights, 30 yards of indoor turf and air resistance fitness machines. A new studio is open that offers Yoga, Pilates, Spin and Surfset fitness.
