Mr. Cowan provides a high level of personal service. He will come to the hospital, to your home or place of business to meet with you about your case. There is no charge for this meeting, even if Mr. Cowan is not retained. He will work on a contingency fee basis so, if you do not get recovery, then you do not pay a fee.
