NorthShore's seven Indiana health clinics provide all kinds of care to uninsured and underinsured patients in Porter and Lake counties, including urgent care and dental services. Our sliding-scale fees for qualifying patients ensure that no one has to go without medical attention when he or she needs it. Our services are provided regardless of ability to pay. We take Medicaid and Hoosier Healthwise recipients; privately insured individuals; uninsured individuals; everyone, of any age, sex, race or religion.
