Adoption Consulting / Education: Educate parents about adoption choices, provide counseling and educational preparation for adopting a child. Birth Mother Support : Educate birth mothers about adoption choices provide assistance in choosing the adoptive couple, prenatal medical care, medical expenses/coordination, living expenses, transportation, clothing, food and essentials are also provided as needed.. International / Domestic Adoptions: Family Creations is licensed by the state of Florida as a Child Placing Agency. We offer both domestic and international adoptions services, including assistance in the choice of the adoptive state or country, gathering of all necessary paperwork, and the completion of the certification process. Home Studies: Provide home studies for families who desire to adopt a child through our domestic or international programs. We will complete home visits and interviews with the families and provide a comprehensive report. Post Placement Supervision: Supervision and assessments for families after a child has been placed in their home, regardless of the agency through which they adopted. All visits and written reports will follow the laws and formats required by the state or country from which the family adopted.
