Each taxpayer's case is different. Some cases are simple and can be resolved in a few hours. Other cases may be more complex and can take much longer to handle. I make an estimate of the amount of time that may be needed to resolve a case and charge an initial retainer fee accordingly. I always stay in touch with my clients, returning their phone calls and emails promptly.
