Vince started working in the shop in 1993 as the shop foreman and lead tech. By 1998 Vince purchased the shop from the previous owner and renamed it "Vinces Auto Service" in January 1999. He eventually hired a full time tech, then a Service Writer and then another technician and the shop became so active that Vinces wife, Janice, came on to handle marketing and promotion and Virginia (Vinces sister in law) moved from the Service Writer position to Book Keeper and also has additional administrative duties.
