After years living a strict yogic and meditation life-style, Gayle sold her yoga studio in Western Massachusetts and moved to old world Italy, there discovering an entirely new perspective on health, joy and balance. She calls her retreats holidays for the healthy hedonist - where good health blends naturally with good living. Founded in 2012, Exotic Yoga Retreats has expanded worldwide with a portfolio of personally curated luxury yoga holidays led by a highly qualified team of world class yoga teachers. Gayle retired from teaching yoga in 2016, but continues to scout new locations and when possible, come by retreats to meet and mingle with the guests!
