Ron Rovito started in his father's tailor shop when he was 10 years old sewing pants and coats. In 1963 as Ron was finishing high school, Rovitos Fine Men's Clothing opened in Stroudsburg. Even though Ron wanted to be a teacher he stayed with his father in the store until after his fathers death in 1968. He then ran the store for his mother, eventually buying it from her in 1970. Ron has spent the last 54 years buying selling, fitting and tailoring clothes for men. In those 53 years Rovitos has moved to numerous different locations in Stroudsburg. This location is No. 9.
