Terry's real estate experience began in 1997. He spent 10 years as a Top Producer for two different firms. In 2007, Terry joined Keller Williams as a full-time Realtor®, but also spent over 6 years as the Danville Market Center's Assistant Team Leader where he co-managed the Market Center and helped grow it into the #1 office in California and Top 25 in the Nation. He continues to assist agents with contract questions and legal issues, teaching various classes and coaching new and experienced agents in growing their businesses all while maintaining his position as one of the Top 10 Agents in his office. Since 2017, Terry has re-entered the marketplace as a full-time realtor and was in the Top 50 for Individual Agents in the Nation for Keller Williams.
