The Texas Pain & Spine Institute is a state-of-the-art treatment facility located in Amarillo Texas. In addition, TPSI has a state-of-the-art ambulatory center called Acute and Chronic Pain & Spine Center. Our reputation in successfully treating pain disorders has traveled beyond state lines. People come to us from all over the United States to receive treatment in our state-of-the-art facility. Our approach to pain treatment is a multidisciplinary approach. This means that there are multiple specialists involved in the treatment of pain disorders. These include pain physicians, anesthesiologists, psychiatrists, surgeons, chiropractors, nursing specialists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and others. Many of these specialists require inputs into the care of a patient with complex painful conditions and disorders, which generally is a continuum of symptoms and pathology.
