My name is Julia Cebatah and I am a mortgage loan originator for K2 Lending in the Denver, Summit County and Las Vegas offices. As a loan officer for K2 Lending my life has been enriched with tremendous pride in helping people achieve a dream. I work very hard to take the stress out of the process and empower my borrowers with what they need to know. I attribute many successes of mine to the realtor relationships that I have cultivated and a strong clientele that trusts my ability to get them to the closing table. I am currently serving on the Board of Directors for COAMP. (Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals) This keeps me on the front line of making changes that help our industry, and brings the most current education to all loan origionators. When I am not busy working with my clients, I love skiing any Summit County Resort, visiting Moab and spending time with my family.
