Meadowlark Search does mineral searches and unpatented claim management on BLM mineral ownership. Working with your attorney, we can search access issues and some water rights. We determine who owns the minerals under or on a client's property. We start at the "beginning of time" and search every recorded document relating to the property up to the present time. A report is then generated that shows the owners of minerals (by mineral type) and legal description. Also, a memorandum of title (a short, condensed, virgin document) is reviewed.
