Movement Academy provides online fitness solutions for students and active agers. Our Youth Movement Skills Program enables PE teachers to teach fundamental movement skills in an age appropriate fashion to students from grades K - 9; aiding in the development of proper movement fundamentals and a healthy active lifestyle. Our Active Classroom Program provides physical activity in a classroom setting to promote cognitive awareness and academic performance. Our Active Agers Program is an evidence based program helping active agers improve and maintain both cognitive and physical function, and is available to both individuals and senior centers.
