Rick has been a Board Certified Nurse Anesthetist since 2005. Shortly after graduating with his Masters Degree in Nurse Anesthesia from Missouri State University, Rick began providing anesthesia care for Plastic Surgeons in Springfield, MO, Harrison AR, and then Tampa. In 2013, Rick trained with Cosmetic Medical Training Company and began his journey of providing clients with high-quality cosmetic treatments. Rick has continued training with Galderma, Allergan and Merz, the leading providers of Dysport, Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse and other cosmetic injectables. After 4 years of full time Cosmetic Surgery Anesthesia and aesthetic services, in 2017, Rick founded Forever Young Aesthetics. His goal is to change the patient's experience during cosmetic procedures. He recognized that there was a need to offer high levels of service while listening to the client's requests. Rick's concept of "less is more" gives patients the satisfaction of looking their best, while leaving everyone wondering what they did to look so refreshed, without knowing exactly what they did. In 2018, Rick became a regional trainer for Galderma Aesthetics, training other nurse practitioners and physicians in cosmetic and aesthetic techniques. Rick also speaks about cosmetic treatments at state association meetings as well as provides private and group trainings. Rick married his wife Ashley in 2017. He has a daughter, Briella, 9 and two sons, Bevan and Boston. He likes to spend his weekends at the beach soaking up the Florida sun. Mei-Lin Reisin is a medical esthetician-turned marketing director/MediSpa business owner. Her passion for correcting aesthetic concerns through medicine and creating innovative content campaigns makes her contribution to her team extraordinary. As a medical esthetician, Mei-Lin did more than just pop pimples. She opened Body Aesthetics in Naples, Florida. This practice is very similar to Forever Young today. BAON is where she met her husband, Eric. With Eric living in Miami, she handed BAON off to her partner and moved to Miami. Her skin care success accentuated her success as a Consultant at a nationally known MediSpa corporation, Ideal Image. Her 4 year dedication to the 3 South Florida locations molded her professional foundation managing staff, and closing high ticket sales in the industry. As the marketing director, she is responsible for implementing inbound marketing strategies that will help patients feel like they know all the team members through the internet. Gained trust being the critical trait a patient requires from their provider, Mei-Lin masters the ability to showcase her team's strength digitally. She's obsessed with innovating new ways of creating amazing content that's absurdly useful and effective. Wearing all hats in business ownership/management and marketing, she is also editor, strategist, coach, and sometimes therapist to her team and patients. Her driven desire to inspire and develop the team, she's a student of leadership, always working to better herself and the team. Dakota Ty Holt, MSN, NP-C is proud to join the dynamic organization Forever Young. Having devoted his career to the profession of nursing he began to explore the artistic realm of aesthetics to satisfy expressive dramatics he developed growing up. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he earned both professional degrees in the Science of Nursing. He proudly served America's heroes at the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital as an RN while working towards his Master's degree in Family Health. Upon graduation as a Nurse Practitioner he began working in primary care. Throughout his professional career he was fortunate for the multiple opportunities of exposure and training in aesthetics. Then in practice he sought out educational certificate programs across the Southeastern US. He has trained with nationally and internationally acclaimed injectors honing his skills to develop an ongoing portfolio of diverse techniques. He acknowledges the classic forms made popular in earlier aesthetic procedures but is passionate for the contemporary. He takes pride in maintaining natural homogenous enhancements of the given feature, but is experienced in reconstruction and augmentation that provide his clients a sophisticated and restrained result. Erika Cantor joined the Forever Young team in May 2020 as Office Manager. As an Ulthera & Skin Care Consultant, she is trained to evaluate your skin, recommend treatment options, and assist in selecting the best Alastin and SkinMedica products for your skin type. Erika is trilingual and assists all our Spanish-speaking clients in our office. She also uses her extensive knowledge of web development to build and maintain the Forever Young website, leading outreach through SEO optimization. Erika enjoys connecting and consulting with patients, and fully understanding their aesthetic goals. From day-to-day patient interactions to patient events and staff education, she is passionate about patient experiences and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Originally from Tampa, she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2013. She moved back to Tampa, working in the service industry for several years and eventually transitioned into special events & planning. After a few seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she pursued her creativity and freelanced as a graphic designer, prompting her to move abroad for the next couple years. As a digital nomad across Asia, she expanded her skills to become proficient in website development and marketing, while also trekking Everest Base Camp and surfing in Bali. When she wasn't working on her bucket list, she created and executed detailed business development strategies including competitive market analysis and sales campaign initiatives for numerous clients around the world. Sydney Hopkins joined the Forever Young team in June of 2020 as a Guest Services Associate. Sydney was drawn to the industry by her interests in personal health from both the inside and outside perspectives. She enjoys all client interactions and the education in aesthetics she is obtaining as she follows them through their aesthetic journey to amazing results. She loves learning new things and enjoys her time at Forever Young. Sydney is from Springfield, Missouri where she is a recent graduate with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts with an emphasis on baking and pastries. Sydney loves to create customized, healthy desserts in her spare time. She moved to Tampa to finish her schooling with a bakery internship and loved the area so much she decided to make it her home. She specializes in all things keto, gluten-free, and paleo. Health is key in her eyes. "Tastes guilty, yet it's guilt-free," Sydney always says. Sydney has always had a desire for incorporating her love of health into her baking and now has found an additional sweet tooth for helping clients achieve the finest aesthetic results. Sydney is excited to a part of the Forever Young family helping to assist the team to make every patient's experience amazing. She is enjoying all the products and services exposure she receives and being able to share this education with the clients. It is a different environment than what she is used to, yet she loves every minute of learning.
