At least once a year your pet should receive a complete physical examination to look for any existing medical problems that may compromise his/her health. Early detection of health problems can allow for prompt treatment that will reverse or moderate the impact of the disease process. Many vaccinations and preventive treatments are available to aid in health maintenance.

Our staff believes strongly in preventive medicine. We are ultimately dedicated to keeping your pet healthy and comfortable so that you may enjoy the special rewards a pet can bring to your life.

Surgical Care

Prior to surgery, each patient receives a thorough physical examination to identify any existing medical conditions that might endanger your pet's health. Because not all problems can be detected on examination we also suggest preanesthetic blood & urine testing. These tests not only give us a more complete picture of your pet's health but also allow us to tailor an anesthetic regime specifically for your pet

Pain management is a part of our pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative anesthetic and medical protocol. All surgical patients including those undergoing routine procedures such as ovariohysterectomy or castrations receive pain control medications
